Billing and Insurance

• At Frontier Health and Wellness (FHW) our contracted providers do see out-of-network clients but please know that being out-of-network does affect your benefit level and it is best to consult with your insurance company about those benefits.

• FHW contracted providers are not set up to take Medicare, Medicaid, or DenaliKid Care.

• Patients are ultimately responsible for the financial obligations of your treatment, such as deductibles, co-payments, co-insurance amounts or any other patient responsibility indicated by your insurance carrier.

• We advise you to contact your insurance company prior to starting services with an FHW contracted provider to verify your individual plans coverage. 

• Providers submit billings as independent practitioners.  Please ensure you are using the providers name (see below) when inquiring about coverage with your insurance company as Frontier Health and Wellness is not the direct care provider.
